PostSubject: snow   Wed Feb 07, 2007 11:52 pm

ooohh! We haveloads of snow here today! Wots it like where you are?
Im a bit worried tho. Went to midwife yesterday and had sweep. Im 1cm dilated, cervix is very soft and the head is right down. She said it could be any time soon.
But how am i gonna get to the hospital if it keeps snowing? I live in a really rural area so if it carries on then we are gonna be snowed in. Bit worrying really.

We have loads of snow too. Its great, have been in the garden all morning makeing snow men with Katie but know I am freezing.
How are you feeling??? It could take days if you are only 1cm dilated lets just hope for you that it is a few days yet and that the snow has gone or you will be having a home birth!!! pale
Hope all goes well and keep us posted.

Oh dear, that is a bit worrying for you eh.
Try not to worry though, like karina said, it could be days yet if you are 1cm dilated, thats just your body getting ready for the birth!

Oooooh its really exciting!! We want to know when you have it!!
